Religion and Culture
As part of our pre-admission planning, we gather information on the religious and cultural needs of the individuals. Our staff is trained to be considerate and show creativity in widening awareness of the religious and cultural beliefs of residents, promoting tolerance and respect in doing so.
We encourage young people to explore and fully understand their rights as well as being well-informed about ways of challenging discrimination. We ask that they respect other people’s rights, encouraging an inclusive and non-discriminatory environment in which they can flourish.
Century Support
Our employees are essential to providing the best possible experience for our young people. Seeing the difference you make every day to help people live independently is the biggest reward.
